I had such a nice time during my stay. the room was super comfortable and I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere by the pool and in the lounge area. The hotel location is fantastic, right in the heart of Taksim Square. It's perfect for getting to various attractions and accessing the metro easily. The room was neat upon arrival with a nice touch of chocolate on the bed. Staff was friendly. the night crew was particularly helpful when we needed bins emptied. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown. Not only was it repetitive but the options were limited and of poor quality. I found the staff in the breakfast area quite rude, lacking basic greetings, which made dining uncomfortable. The room service was inconsistent. they didn’t clean properly one day due to a tissue left out. Also, room service is only available until 3 PM, which should’ve been communicated better. A broken TV added to the inconveniences. Despite these issues, the hotel had a pleasant smell throughout, and the mattress was comfortable.

Location right at Taksim Square is fantastic. Breakfast quality needs improvement, very repetitive. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Also a nice rooftop view for breakfast. Been busy with lots of street activity at night. expect noise.

It was just an excellent fit for a whistle-stop in Istanbul with excellent value for money. Hussein, the food and beverage manager, was really friendly and attentive during breakfast. Make sure to ask for extra towels right away to avoid delays.
