The room was clean and spacious, which was a relief. The location was also great, right in the heart of the city with shops just across the road. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was not very impressive, it could definitely be improved. Moreover, the hotel had strict policies about bringing outside food or beverages into the room, which was quite inconvenient.

The location was excellent, right in front of Istanbul's popular Istiklal Street. The reception staff, especially Mr. Fateh, were polite and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel offered standard daily cleaning of the rooms. The breakfast at the restaurant had a great variety of food and the staff, including Mr. Huseyin, were helpful and cooperative. The hotel had a fantastic view of Taksim Square.
